Hiba is a business and marketing consultant with an entrepreneurial drive. Her focus is on growth strategy, digital transformation and branding.
Hiba has over 14 years of progressive experience in Business & Marketing that span across various industries including international FMCG, Unilever, a tech Startup, Careem & Classera and a fortune 500 company, Johnson Controls. She was the first Saudi hire at Careem back in 2014 and she helped launched it in Saudi. She won the best Digital Marketing award from Unilever in 2017 and won the Google X Unilever Digital Consumer Engagement Campaign. Hiba also conducts several workshops to leaders and managers in topics such as marketing communications, organizational behavior, internal communications, and presentation skills.
Hiba obtained her executive MBA from London Business School one of the top MBA universities in the world. She also attended executive education program at Sloan MIT in Boston and obtained her undergraduate BA degree in Mass Communication from American University of Sharjah.
