Day 1FoundationsManaging anxiety, planning content, impact styles and storytelling, with practice.
Day 2Delivery & influenceExecutive presence, body language, difficult audiences, Q&A, and using AI to prepare and rehearse.
Day 3Presentation dayEach participant delivers a live presentation and receives detailed feedback.

How it runs
We recommend an off-site venue so participants can disconnect from daily work and give the three days their full attention.

LocationOff-site, at a venue away from the office, anywhere in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
LanguageSlides, workbook and terminology are in English. Discussion and coaching move naturally between Arabic and English, so participants can think out loud in whichever language feels comfortable.
